Cute, cozy stay in Eastbourne
9.0Really cozy and clean room, pretty spacious for a solo traveler. Good location and easy parking outside. All amenities like washer/dryer and kitchen facilities useful for those traveling extensively
− Nothing really, but you should be aware that other rooms (3 on my floor) are in close proximity and people aren’t always considerate with their noise

1.0Very disappointed was advertised as 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, Sofa bed was for a child and broken!

A good experience
7.0The room was nice, a little tight to move around. The amenities were all there as described. The host also accommodated a last minute request which really made us feel more comfortable by arranging a fan in the hot weather. Plenty of free parking as promised.
− The cot for the kid was small and it didn't really solve the purpose. There were spiders in the room and it needed a bit of dusting, maybe because it was a busy time.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
