8.0The apartment was neat & tidy! Location was perfect for what we needed. Lounge was super comfy & so were the beds.
− Tricky to find the lock box but re reading the instructions we got there in the end. Mat in the loungeroom was a little trip hazard corners starting to curl.

− The only thing wrong would be the mats in living room are trip hazards so had a few moments where we nearly had a fall

5.0The location was perfect. Easy walk to town - it was brilliant. The parking was easy and convenient as well. Excellent communication and instructions from host.
− There are a few things sadly. 1. Value for money - if you want to charge top dollar, spend time and money updating the facilities. The apartment is tired. 2. Outdoor couch is dirty and horrible, really didn’t want to sit on it. 3. Shower door in the master room didn’t close. 4. Floors were sticky. 5. No air conditioning or fan - was very hot and uncomfortable. Is your charging that sort of money - you would expect this. 6. Needs a good clean - not a simple mop and vac. There were other things, but I felt generally there were other options for similar money I should have selected in hindsight

− Cleanliness of the apartment is terrible.. mould in shower. Kitchen and washing machine not clean… freezer is extremely dirty.. would not use due to the state of it. Curtains are not block out.. with lights outside the window. Would not recommend the apartment for the price tag..
