La ubicación excelente, lo mejor de la casa, en paseo marítimo y zona muy tranquila. Decoración agradable y con aire acondicionado muy necesario en los días de calor.

− La planta baja tiene muchísima humedad, aunque cuenta con aparatos para mitigar, el olor es fuerte y desagradable. No pasaría nada si las habitaciones estuvieran todas en la planta superior pero una de las habitaciones está en esta planta baja y no es agradable ni muy sano. En general mi valoración es buena solo que creo que es una casa para 4 personas máximo, para no usar esa planta baja. En este sentido creo que el precio debería ser algo más ajustado a estas condiciones. Estar frente al mar no es suficiente justificación para cobrar una tarifa que me parece desproporcionada por las condiciones de la vivienda. Recomendaría también cambiar el frigorífico, que enfría muy poco estando al máximo.
