Schöner entspannter Fahrradurlaub in Großenbrode

Die Wohnung war 900m von der Promenade entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar. Es gab einen großen Balkon mit Sonne von morgens bis abends. Der Edeka Markt war nicht weit entfernt. Es gab eine Garage zum Abstellen der Fahrräder. Das Garagentor wurde per Funk bedient. Top. Sehr ruhige Lage.

− Die Treppe ins OG war sehr steil und schmal und mit Teppich ausgelegt. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, um sie zu benutzen. Die Promenade ist zu Fuß recht weit entfernt.

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend.

− Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. Das Treppenhaus ist eine Zumutung, das Treppenhaus ist viel zu steil, ungepflegt und zu eng. Das Mobiliar im Schlafzimmer ist teilweise defekt, auch die Dusche bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung.
