4.0− Im Haus wurde gerade renoviert! Es gab Baulärm von der Morgenstunden bis spät abends. Balkon konnte man nicht betreten.

− the flat is full of stuff from the owner, air conditioner is of no use, very harsh instructions how the flat should be left after the stay.
Lovely place great location but needs better quality air con & bedding

− The heat unbearable as under the rafters, and air conditioning unit not very efficient and very noisy. Pillows need replacing The following night a different close by street with excellent quiet air con.
The right place to enjoy the Mantua experience
9.0Very central location in Mantova. Flat extremely nice, clean and comfortable. Check in procedure very straight forward. The staff available and friendly. Could accomodate a cot for our baby.

Nice apartment and location, but poor service
7.0Located in the heart of Mantova, close to all tourist attractions and restaurants. Apartment is nice and spacious.
− - Assistance from the property is really basic, before check-in you're bombarded with messages and this gets confusing. If you ask for clarifications, they reply with a copy paste of the standard message that they already sent - Cleaning fee is 50€ (worth 3-4 hours of work), although they ask you to leave the apartment "as you found it". Bin has to be emptied too - With all these conditions, check-in time is 15:00, but check-out at 10:00. A bit unfair! - The price includes the City tax, but they also ask you to pay it separately on their platform. They gave no assistance to resolve the problem. - Small details, as a bottle of water, would have been appreciated
