10.0Tout d'abord, Enzo et son épouse sont admirables. Ils sont pleins de bons conseils et aux petits soins. Ils sont d'une très grande gentillesse. Ils habitent à proximité et sont disponibles si besoin est. La maison est remarquablement tenue. Spacieuse, agréable et disposant d'une très grande terrasse. Vous pouvez profiter des soirées autour d'un barbecue..La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en.famille. La maison comporte 3 chambres et deux.salles de bains refaites à neuf..La cuisine est bien.equipée même s'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Machine à laver très pratique!!!! 2 chambres donnent sur le balcon. Les persiennes permettent de garder la fraîcheur dans la journée et de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit. Les nuits sont agréables. Pas besoin de climatisation. Il y a 2 ventilateurs si vous avez trop chaud. Nous ne les avons pas utilisés car nous gardions les fenêtres ouvertes (Pas de.problème de moustiques). Une place de stationnement couvert est à 30 m de la maison. Très appréciable! La situation géographique est idéale pour circuler autour de Lerici et dans la région. Autoroute à moins de 2 minutes pour faire un saut à Portofino, Sestri-Levante, Pise ou Lucca. A proximité, allez absolument visiter Sarzana! Les commerçants ont décoré les rues de manière admirable. Pour la plage, allez jusqu'à la baie de Fiascherino (spiaggia del bunker). Stationnement possible sur le parking de l'hôtel Rosa dei Venti. 15 euros par jour à voir sur place. Attention, les places sont limitées donc il vaut mieux arriver avant 09h30 en haute saison. Accès à la plage facile et restauration possible au restaurant de plage de l'hôtel Fiascherino. Vous serez dans une ambiance plus sympa et moins surpeuplée que sur les plages de Lerici.

10.0Das Haus war neu renoviert, die Bäder waren ebenfalls neu und hatten eine top Ausstattung. Enzo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in La Spezia, am Strand.

10.0Wonderful!!!! This is an amazing host,house and the location. We booked for a long business travel,and it turned out to be also like a vacation. The owners are a remarkable people!They are there to help you with everything but also to give you privacy. Enzo the owner is well known in town by everyone, he even drove us for business dinners when we couldn't use our car. House has a really warm atmosphere, feels like home, there is everything you may need. There is a beautiful place for walks or jogging on the location. Close to beach and La Spezia (with a car). It is worth of every euro to rent a car and stay in Arcola even if you want to be on beach every day.
