7.0Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Größe des Finnhauses, die Balkone, die Grillmöglichkeit. Eine sehr schöne, abwechslungsreiche Landschaft mit viel Wasser und Wäldern.
− Die relative Dunkelheit in dem Haus bedingt durch dunkle Holzverkleidungen und Schränke. Teils beschädigte Inneneinrichtungsgegenstände. Die komplett fehlenden Ruhemöglichkeiten ( Bänke ) entlang des Wander-Rundweges Garder See.
