− Cheguei e a atendente simplesmente já havia alugado meu quarto para outra pessoa, foi uma confusão, tive que cancelar e procurar outro hotel, recepcionista sem educação mas por sorte o dono é gente boa e resolveu meu problema para conseguir cancelar a minha estadia.
