− *Subject: Request to Remove Property from Booking.com – Poor Experience & Safety Concerns* Dear Booking.com Team, Please remove this property from your app to protect your reputation. My experience was as follows: *11.07.2026, Around 3:00 PM* My wife, daughter, and I arrived at the property. The host, *Savitha*, shared a secret code to open the main door. We then transferred *Rs. 8,165/-*. She did not provide any other details. After entering the apartment, there was no power supply. I had to call her again. She told me to turn on the main switch and explained its location. There were no hangers. When I called, she said they would be sent in the evening. The water purifier was not working and there was no drinking water. She said she would arrange it in the evening. I had to call her for every single issue. *13.07.2026* I requested room cleaning, and a change of bed sheets and pillow covers. She sent a voice message stating that cleaning and linen changes are not done during the stay. I informed her that I would complain to Booking.com. She responded, "Why are you threatening me?" No cleaner was sent by her. The cleaning was arranged by the neighboring flat owner, and I paid *Rs. 500/-* for 2 days. *13.07.2026, Night – 8:30 PM & 11:30 PM* There was a power failure. There was no power backup in this flat. I called her at 8:30 PM but she did not answer. I approached the caretaker, who said, _“I have no responsibility for this flat.”_ *Other Issues:* 1. The carpet and sofa were dirty. 2. We are 3 adults, but only 3 pillows were provided. One had no cover, and the others had very cheap, stained covers. 3. Hygiene standards were very poor. 4. No hot watter *Request:* The amount collected, *Rs. 8,165/-*, is very high considering the facilities and hygiene. I request a *40% refund* of the booking amount, plus *Rs. 500/-* that I paid for cleaning. This is for your kind information and necessary action. Best regards, Asgar Ali
