Sehr nette Leute in der WG, und die Lage am Bahnhof toll wenn man mit dem Zug kommt. Ich wurde offen empfangen und zum Dazu Sitzen eingeladen. Es war alles sauber, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und ein Handtuch und Duschgel gab's auch. Bett war ganz bequem und es wird im Wohnbereich nicht geraucht. Sogar ein kleiner kühlschrank war vorhanden.

− Eigentlich nichts, hat alles gepasst. Vom Preis her auch in Ordnung 👍🏼

Angenehme Übernachtung

Wenn man sich bewusst ist, was man sich Bucht, kann es sehr angenehm sein, hier zu Übernachten. An der Sauberkeit ist noch etwas Luft nach oben, aber wenn man wie ich kaum Bedürfnisse hat, hauptsächlich zu Übernachtung hier ist, ist das vollkommen ausreichend.

We had to find other property and haven’t stayed here after seeing it.

− Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Upon arrival, we were greeted not by the host, but by a fellow guest, who showed us to our room. The host was completely unresponsive to our messages, both through SMS and the Booking.com platform, making it impossible to communicate any concerns directly. The room itself was in a deplorable state. It was very unclean, with dust, dirt, dead flies, and hair on the floor and bed. The strong smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and made the environment uninhabitable. To add to the discomfort, there were no towels provided, and contrary to what was implied in the listing, the bathroom was shared, not private—something we were not informed about beforehand. Immediately upon seeing the state of the accommodation, we contacted Booking.com support while still at the property. Unfortunately, Booking.com was also unable to reach the host and informed us that their policy required a 24-hour response time from the host. Meanwhile, they advised us to find other accommodations on our own, without offering any assistance or compensation. As a result, we had to urgently search for another hotel at the last minute, disrupting our plans and significantly affecting the remainder of our day. After two weeks of back-and-forth, we were eventually informed that we would only receive a partial refund of €10, despite having paid €35. This refund is far from adequate given the severity of the issues we faced and the fact that we could not stay at the property due to its unacceptable conditions. Overall, this experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and we would strongly caution others against booking this property.
