Great stay in Negombo with best views in the area

Great view and convenient lift . The apartment had everything I need and the location very handy to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Great value overall!

Checking in was quick and efficient, and the location was central to lots of food options and the public beach. The washing machine and pantry would be a real advantage for anyone staying longer. Availability of Netflix was great as I don't really watch many of the local cable tv options, despite being a Sri Lankan. The breakfast at the restaurant was great value and the pool deck view is stupendous!

− The carpet in the corridor stops at the door leaving a gap under the door, so the noise from the corridor and smells came through quite a bit, but not in a disruptive way. Easily fixed by a draught stopper which will also be better for fire safety. I could hear noises from other apartments when walking down the corridor, so it is a problem with the construction, not with this host.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes sehr sauberes Apartment mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Zudem gibt es einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse und ein Restaurant. Host ist sehr kommunikativ und freundlich, alle Kommunikation über WhatsApp

Perfect for a short stay in Negombo

Great location. Perfect for a short stay before catching a flight home and/or just arriving in Sri Lanka. Flat was clean. Was grateful to be able to use the washing machine and have access to kitchen facilities.

− The bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a cardboard box.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout, always ready to assist no matter the time of day. The place was spotless, and the views of the sea were absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful setting. Being able to message anytime for help made the experience even more convenient and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again!
