Nette kitchenette (waar wij geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt) met koelkast en ruime vriezer. Prima bedden. Schoon appartement.

− De afstandsbediening was niet aanwezig. Gebeld en ENG sprekende call center medewerker (na 2e belletje) liet weten dat helaas deze na het weekend pas geleverd kon worden. Het WK VOETBAL is bezig! Echt een dikke teleurstelling. Geen kast voor je kleding. Een half kastje van 20 cm diep met 2 hangers... Dat er schoonmaakkosten gerekend worden is een beetje vreemd. Daardoor prijs kwaliteit (en beschikbare voorzieningen) te laag.

De locatie en de grote van de kamer waren uitstekend. Tevens werkte de airco erg goed met dit warme weer!!

Prima adres voor een paar dagen Tilburg.

Prachtig pand, gezellige kamer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zit een volledig keukenblok in en een balkon Uitzicht op het station is leuk. Dichtbij het centrum en de leuke spoorzone.

− De badkamer miste haken om je handdoek op te hangen en de toiletrolhouder was kapot. Je hebt echt oordopjes nodig als je met het raam open slaapt, de herrie van buiten is echt gigantisch.

Fijn bed. Prima douche en een fijne locatie

− Het was fijn geweest al jullie hadden doorgegeven aan het schoonmaakteam dat we een latere check out hadden. Ze stonden namelijk om 10:30 zowat bij ons binnen.

Worst 'hotel' experience

− This is my first serious complaint after many years of using different types of Booking accommodation, but my experience was horrific and I want to share it. My problem with the accommodation started later in the evening, after 23.00h in a form of a loud noise from the central airco that went on and off every 15 min. After correspondence with the host (that lasted from 23.00 until 02.00am) I was told that the problem will be fixed in the morning, although I have indicated that the room is impossible to sleep in. Thus, the host did not in any manner assist me to solve the problem and has not provided a different room so I spent a terrible sleepless night in a room with a malfunctioning airco producing loud noise that went on and off on 15 min interval throughout the whole night. I did not leave because I was alone and it was the middle of the night. I paid a quite high price and i did not receive the most basic service- a place to sleep and rest. What was really disappointing is the treatment of the host to my complain- their response indicated that the noise was a normal level of operation of the airco (?) and it was me that was sensitive to noise. i find it incredibly disrespectful and dismissive of any accountability. I expect the host will respond with a comment that they have fixed the issue (which is not relevant for my stay), but this comment is about a lack of regard and accountability for the wellbeing and comfort of the guest- and it will probably happen in the future for any type of issue you might encounter.
