Convenient,modern & clean for a short stay.

It was convenient for Ascot races ,it was well equipped & clean. Landlord was informative but maybe too many messages.

− You couldn’t park next to the apartment but there was a car park across the road luckily. A cost of £8.50 per day. £300 deposit seemed excessive. Landlord also wanted ID which concerned me with so many scams these days. It was also very hot in the apartment even though fans were provided.

Location was great. Really convenient. Close to transport and a park.

− Had to travel a long way to pick up keys. Could have been left in lock box at the apartment. Also forced to pay 300 pounds and hand over travel documents before arrival. Apartment already had broken walls and windows.

− The access to get the key wasn’t great. And the high deposit for damages I don’t think is necessary. Both beds need a topper to make more comfortable.

− Il faut récupérer les clefs a 10 minutes a pied de l'appartement. Il n'y a que 2 chaises pour 4 personnes... Il n'y a pas assez de couverts pour 4 personnes.

The location, the facilities and the cleanliness.

− The bed was very uncomfortable - obviously 2 beds pushed together with a hard line down the middle. Could do with a blind for the window in the kitchen area and getting the other blinds in the lounge rolled up again wasn't easy.
