9.0The property was beautiful, the hosts were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and open to supporting our trip in many ways. It felt like the perfect place to not only relax and enjoy the vacation, but also access the park and jump-off into more adventures. I really hope to come back here and feel immense gratitude to the whole staff.

10.0Could not rate the staff and the place highly enough. I had done research into how to navigate the Zhangjiajie National Park but was still confused until Jack gave us a route...which worked a breeze and resulted in us having a stress free day in the park. I cannot stress enough how staying at the western gate is the answer to not meeting the crowds of people. Highly recommend staying here. Thank to Jack who was so nice and helpful despite our language barrier.

10.0The environment is great, close to the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Entering the forest park from this gate doesn't require queuing, which is a very nice experience. There are mountains and water, and even tandem bicycles to ride. The Chinese meals at the homestay are also excellent. A paradise for children, the pool is large and clean, and there’s a nearby stream for walking and catching fish. The owner even personally drove us to the forest park scenic area. Absolutely perfect!

10.0It was a wonderful experience. Long Jing was so great. She picked us up and dropped us off every day. We didn't have to worry about how to get back to the hotel after entering the forest park, nor did we have to worry about the tour in the scenic area. Because Long Jing would give us maps for free and help us plan many trips according to the maps. The sumptuous breakfast was free. We chose to have dinner at the countryside restaurant. Believe me, we would have dinner very late. Because you especially enjoyed the wonderful night.

10.0The host of the homestay is thoughtful, polite, and wise, patiently helping us plan our trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. This allowed us to perfectly avoid the tourist crowds and assisted us in booking tickets for various scenic spots. Throughout the journey, they stayed in touch with us, making us feel very secure. Any issues could be resolved with the help of the hotel. The hotel is stunning, offering a beautiful panoramic view of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park right from the bed. The food is also delicious, with tasty Chinese meals, and even barbecue options in the evening. The hotel is spacious and feels like a large theme park, where we enjoyed cycling and had a wonderful time.

10.0The hotel environment is very peaceful and quiet, with the sounds of nature at night. It's an excellent choice for those with sleep disorders. From the hotel, you can see the peaks of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel also offers many activities, such as cycling, swimming, catching fish by the stream, and even barbecue at night. The service is great too, with complimentary shuttle rides to the park entrance. Entering the forest park from the west gate means no queues at all. Highly recommended!
