Non mi è piaciuto nulla, ci siamo accorto della presnza di un topo in cucina che ci ha rovinato il soggiorno di lavoro. Il topo ha defecato sul tavolo cucina e ha fatto la pipi ovunque, oltre a mangiarci il cibo. Abbiamo prontamente avvisato la struttura di questa allucinante situazione e loro ci hanno detto che erano in pausa pranzo e che sarebbero arrivati di li a 3 ore. Abbiamo fatto il check out e nn abbiamo mai avuto loro notizie, o le loro scuse. --- I did not enjoy my stay at all. We discovered there was a mouse in the kitchen, which completely ruined our work trip. The mouse left droppings on the kitchen table, urinated throughout the apartment, ate some of our food, and contaminated the kitchen area. We immediately informed the property about this shocking situation, but they told us they were on their lunch break and would only be able to come about three hours later. As a result, we decided to check out and leave the property. We never heard back from them afterward, nor did we receive any apology for what happened.

− Abbiamo trovato un topo in casa che ci ha mangiato il cibo in cucina, ha defecato e fatto pipi nella zona cucina. Pericoloso sia pe rla salute che per l'incolumità di chi alloggia. Siamo dovuti uscire subito e pagare un'altra sistemazione a spese nostre, oltre che buttare tutta la spesa acquistata. Staff inesistente, impreparato a gestire qualsiasi situazione. Check in efettuato su whatapp, nn si è presentato nessuno, nè abbiamo ricevuto scuse dopo l'accaduto. ---- We found a mouse inside the apartment that had eaten our food, left droppings on the kitchen surfaces, and urinated throughout the kitchen area. This created a serious health and safety concern for anyone staying in the property. As a result, we were forced to leave immediately and pay for alternative accommodation at our own expense. We also had to throw away all the groceries we had purchased. The staff was completely absent and unprepared to handle even a basic emergency situation. Check-in was conducted entirely via WhatsApp, and no one ever came to the property in person. After the incident, we never received a follow-up message, an apology, or any form of assistance. This experience completely ruined our stay.

− The owners cancelled the apartment only hours before we arrived. No clear communication on why and they didnt help at all to find something else. Just kept saying booking.com should fix it.

Posto incantevole e fuori dal tempo. Perfetto per staccare dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. La tenuta ha tanti animali e i nostri figli si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare con loro. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile soprattutto il custode Aldo. Grazie !

La piscine privée assez grande et propre avec aucun logement aux alentours de loué. Une jolie vu sur les champs de citronnier et un bel espace jardin bien entretenu. Le logement est collé à un centre équestre avec présence de chevaux poules lapins … pour les enfants du régale. Le linge de toilette en quantité. La possibilité d’accéder à la machine à laver. La climatisation dans le logement.

− Le logement est assez loin des premiers ville et commerce. Le confort de la maison est sommaire (manque de vaisselle, manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, jardin extérieur en fer forgé sans cousins extérieur ni de petit siège pour flâner ni prendre l’apéro le soir ). Le logement est typique sicilien se qui est plutôt sympas mais la salle de bain est vraiment à refaire (présence de moisissures dans la douche , tomettes blanche remplis de calcaire) ainsi que la cuisine (plan de travail ) La propreté est également légèrement à revoir (frigo avec des taches de moisissure , sèche couvert remplis de crasse…) Pour le prix nous nous attendions à un petit peut plus de confort !!!
