NO VAYAN!!!!! LES ANULAN LA RESERVAN NI BIEN LES PAGUEN EL TOTAL. YA ESTÁN ALERTADOS!!!
1.0La encargada de la propiedad Yeisi Quevedo Mendoza, había aceptado varias reservas al mismo tiempo. Vía Booking nos enteramos de ésto. Adicionalmente ella, nos cobró todo el total y al poco tiempo. Anuló la reserva. Al enterarnos a la tarde siguiente. Exigimos explicaciones cosa que ella jamás supo justificar. No tiene piscina ni acceso a ninguna área del edificio. Por el impago del mantenimiento de los propietarios. Por eso en la primera y única tarde allí, nos dijeron, las 2 extranjeras de recepción. La encargada Yeisi se presentó apurada y sin avisar y se quedó como guardián a esperar a nuestro retiro y en el apuro, por su constante presión y acoso vía WhatsApp. Dejamos unos audífonos inalámbricos. Al avisarle vía WhatsApp, ella se negó y luego que la encaramos, nos bloqueó. Sospechosamente. Si alguien no tiene nada que perder,. Le pasa la voz al huésped. Le avisa, señores se les quedó tal cosa, se lo dejo en recepción para que lo recoja. Así como desde el Jueves 04 de Marzo que era nuestro check in, dejó la ropa de cama del sofá cama. Y recién nos los entregaron a la 2.10 AM del 05 de Marzo. También podíamos haber, do a recoger los audífonos. Pero esa mujer Yeisi Quevedo. Prefirió seguir maltratando e insultando, ok para luego no dar la cara y bloquearnos, con tal de no devolver los objetos ajenos, de los huéspedes
− Principalmente el intento de robo al anular la reserva ni bien habíamos cancelado el monto, bajo la constante presión e intimidación de la encargada Yeisi Quevedo y el no devolver los audífonos. Desde un principio la viveza y cara dura de cierta gente, dan asco!!!

9.0Riesige Wohnung, voll ausgestattet, 2 Bäder, riesen Kleiderschrank, großes Bett, Balkon.
− Mir war die ganze Zeit kalt und laut war es leider auch. Die Bezahlung war ein wenig umständlich. Man muss die erste Hälfte vor Anreise überweisen und die zweite Hälfte in Dollar abgeben.

10.0Liked the location, near from supermarkets, restaurants and bus stations, liked the facilities, new and clean, and there was a lot security and access control to the building.
The apartment is beautiful, nice location and affordable.
10.0The apartment is centrally located in Miraflores. It is a very safe location with security on-site who ensures all guests are screened prior to get in to the apartment complex. Apartment is gorgeous and comfortable. Very clean.
