10.0The room was very clean!
Kids running all night—no rest— staff did nothing. Staff must feel that senior citizens are not worth proving service.

− The staff on the front desk were angry, dismissive, hostile, and condescending. Kids running through the halls interrupting paying customers. Nottlhing done. Teenagers were allowed to run the halls and banging on doors through the night.
Great experience and would definitely return!

− The air conditioner only goes down to 67 and couldn’t be adjusted any further.
