Die Lage ist sehr zentral - 12 min zum Bahnhof. Man konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen oder ein Taxi nehmen. Die Betten waren sauber bezogen, das Bad sauber geputzt.

− Schmuddeliger Zugang und Eingang - Schnapsflachen, Scherben, Getränkedosen Pissgestank. Littering im Treppenhaus - z.B. Plastikabfall, Pappbecher, Salatblätter, Zwiebelringe. Kein sicherer Code für den Schlüssel am Hauseingang, keine sicher verschließssbare Wohnungstür - alleine wäre ich nicht geblieben. Feuerschutztür im Treppenhaus angeschrieben, ist aber eine einfache Holztür. Wir waren zu dritt dort. Es ist nur ein Trinkglas vorhanden, am Küchentisch nur 2 Stühle, Topf und Pfanne nicht zu gebrauchen - Teflon stark zerkratzt, dreckiges Besteck. Kein tea towel vorhanden, keine Möglichkeit Abfall zu trennen, wie Plastik und Glas. Kühlschrank defekt - Tür zum Eisfach nicht verschliessbar. Sessel am Couchtisch kaputt, man sass schräg darauf. Bad war sauber, aber Lampe über Spiegel kaputt, sehr alte Klobrille mit Deckel. Im Doppelbett sehr schleche Matratze, man spürte jede Metallfeder, nicht gut geschlafen. ... Mussten 250 £ Kaution für evtl. Beschädigungen zahlen. Normalerweise, so heisst es, wird das Geld am Tag des check out zurücküberwiesen. Mussten es aber einen Tag danach aktiv zurückfordern! Eine Anfrage kam zurück: wohin? Meine Meinung: Geht es hier mit rechten Dingen zu? Für so eine Ausstattung der Wohnung noch Kaution in dieser Höhe zu verlangen, ist eine Frechheit! Ich bitte Booking.com dem allem nachzugehen, denn vieles ist nicht ok gewesen.

It is close to city center

− Dirty alleyway, loud and noisy all night by bar goers, rats outside, mice inside, every piece of furniture and appliances are broken or inoperable, beds super uncomfortable. I try not to give these kind of reviews but this place cannot be for couples.

Ali was great at communicating the whole time during the trip and resolved any issues quickly with warm responses. Enjoyed the bath. The heating was great in bedroom, the water for showers was lovely and warm. Would stay again.

− Bad smell in the entrance don't necessarily believe that was any fault of Ali as it appeared to be someone's late night dinner had made its way up the wall.

The apartment location is good its lovely and quite in the apartment it's very very clean and fresh washing dryer machine hoover fridge freezer tv with all the apps on it toilet roll etc they is shops takeaways etc bus station round corner train station down the road you have everything on your step Highly recommended I shall stay again it is so comfortable and relaxing
