Disappointing stay

Was just happy to eventually find a place to lay for the night.

− The look and feel of the property online is quite different from reality. The room was a lot smaller, even the more expensive room with kitchen was very basic, the bathroom was poor, had water supply issues but was quickly resolved. The swimming pool was filthy with algae in it, and mosquitoes everywhere, even in the room. The gated estate area seemed safe but the presence of a group of drunken youths, playing loud music late into the night made it feel unsafe especially when unknown persons came banging on my door. Had to call reception to send security down to check who it was as I wasn't expecting anyone. it turned out to be a drunken youth who missed their way to their room. Nothing really to make your stay comfortable.

There was nothing to like about the property. It's a scam, wanted more money

− The management òf the place wanted to force me into a fresh booking with the price difference triple the original booking total cost. The impression is that this place I a bait to scam unsuspecting customers
