We were disappointed for the price we paid

The garden was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was clear and the entry instructions were easy and straight forward.

− Overall we were disappointed with our stay as the house itself didn't match the expectations set by the listing and other reviews. Inside the house is dark and a couple of bedrooms don't have their own windows so air flow at night is not possible. One of the main bedrooms had a terrible smell when we arrived so we also didn't use it and opted for one of the smaller bedrooms. Many common areas were dirty and we saw a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen.

Wonderful Girls Weekend in Millfield!

Exhale Homestead at Millfield is a lovely property with beautiful surroundings. There are lots of different places to explore, varied seating areas to sit and ponder. A plunge pool to cool down on those warmer days. Also, it's only a 25 minute drive to the Hunter Valley Wine Country. The owner Emma was easy to deal with & answered all our enquiries promptly. Would love to come back with family next time....a fabulous weekend to unwind with friends and enjoy the serenity....simply wonderful! Thanks Emma 😀

− The only thing was the BBQ may need a little TLC of the burners to work properly but we just used kitchen to cook our fry up...no problem!

Stunning house - didn’t want to leave

The house and surrounding gardens were stunning. The house was spotless and every room I went into I loved more. The beds were so comfortable and the numerous bathrooms were handy with our group of girls so we could all get ready for our long lunch. Everyone commented on how amazing everything was. The pizza oven was a fun addition and the house had everything we needed and more. It was such a nice change Waking up to the birds and some cows in the distance.
