Локацията е топ, жилището е топло

− Много мръсно, баните миришат ужасно на канал, огромни паяжини в спалнята. Втора спалня реално няма. Това за мен е килер, с легло в него. Там и диванът е счупен и не можахме да го ползваме. В кухнята няма здраво шкафче, а приборите не стигат. Маса и столове за 4 човека, в апартамент за 6. От 4 щори, само 2 функционират, пердето липсва, а корнизът е изкъртен и виси от тавана.

It was very spacious, clean, very close to the ski slopes! You could join the slopes directly from the hotel! You had everything that is necessary in the kitchen and in the 2 bathrooms! The beds were also very comfortable!

The house is in an excellent location, very close to the ski slopes. The heating system and hot water facilities were outstanding and worked perfectly throughout our stay. the property was clean and relatively new.

− There were several maintenance issues inside the house, including a broken cabinet door, a damaged sofa, and a broken curtain rail. Although the interior was clean and relatively new, the furnishings were poorly maintained. Despite the excellent location, access to the property is quite challenging. To reach the apartment, you must first climb approximately 40 regular steps, then use three separate escalators, followed by an elevator. On the way back down, as the escalators do not operate in the descending direction, you are required to carry your luggage down the regular stairs, which can be inconvenient. We had difficulty locating the property. In the absence of someone to assist us upon arrival, we would have appreciated receiving detailed directions accompanied by photos to facilitate finding the apartment more easily. There is free parking available; however, as the spaces were insufficient, we were obliged to leave our car in a paid parking facility.

Location. Very close to the ski area! Ski in ski out.

− Parking conditions are awful. Black ice on the parking lot and pathways. People and cars slipping. Some cars were hit by others. No effort to clean the snow and ice by the personnel.
