− Não correspondia ao local das fotos e o interior apesar de bom também era completamente diferente, sendo que o das fotos é notoriamente melhor.
Terrible check in. Unreasonable over charge for check in trouble.
5.0Instructions to get key were terrible. No one there. Phone the number from booking.com, no one answered. Dropped message to booking.com, only get the reply the next morning. Also overcharged me another gbp40 for checking in after 8.30p! I finally get reply on 8.35p. It is a terrible requirement for checking in before 8.30p for international passengers where flight can delay and get stucked on the road when there was a tube strike. All the above does not make sense to me. It is just ridiculous.

10.0Todo limpio y ordenado. Zona fantástica, cerca de metro, tren, teleférico, supermercado justo debajo . Zona para comer y tomar copas. Zona muy segura. Recomendable al 100%. Pudimos dejar las maletas al llegar más temprano del chekin y a la salida pudimos hacer lo mismo. Nos encantó la atención!
