Quiet place with low touch and low service
6.0The place is nice and quiet. In the morning, you can sit on the balcony in the sun. It's walking distance to NCC, which was convenient for me.
− Only one set of towels. (Inconvenient if you want to entertain) Wrong coffee capsules. Empty batteries in the remote. One of the air conditioners was inoperative. Dirt on top of the fridge. Very complicated check in process: one app to check in and upload passport photos, and one to see details and pay for deposit. Far too arduous process! The service recovery was poor. While the air conditioner was repaired, none of the other items were actioned. I would have expected someone to come, put fresh batteries, fresh coffee capsules, and clean the fridge. But no: low cost, low touch, just collecting rent.

10.0Cet appartement est juste merveilleux. Très bien situé, il offre toutes les commodités souhaitées et y séjourner était juste agréable. Le propriétaire était très à l'écoute et répondait à mes quêtes en quelques minutes. Je recommande fortement et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

− Не хватило пакетов для мусора и швабры чтоб самим помыть пол или хотя бы веник нужен! Так как за 4 дня проживания хотелось освежить апартаменты.
