6.0La colazione parte dalle 5:00 della mattina, quindi perfetto per noi che avevamo l’entrata a Machu Picchu alle 7!
− Dopo una giornata a camminare non vedevamo l’ora di fare una bella doccia calda, ma é stato molto complicato. All’inizio proprio non usciva l’acqua calda, poi siamo andate a dirlo alla signora, ma lo stesso usciva davvero piano. In conclusione é stato molto complicato farsi la doccia. L’altra cosa, quando c’è stato da pagare, ha convertito i dollari in soles con un cambio molto più alto del normale e quando gliel’ho fatto notare ha detto che il cambio a Machu Picchu é cosi.. bah.

1.0DO NOT STAY HERE I booked a room for 3 people but when we arrived the owner asked me to pay more than the confirmed price shown in my email. I’ve been travelling around the world for 5 years and stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. The owner even tried to make me feel guilty, saying he “needed money because it’s low season.” We asked to cancel the reservation, but they refused. I immediately contacted the customer service who thankfully handled the situation and cancelled the booking without charging me. I was extremely disappointed by this experience and by the way they tried to overcharge me simply because I’m a tourist. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
