Great location and amenities
10.0I loved the location! Far enough away from the busy area of gatlinburg, but still right next to the smokies and able to see the wonderful sights! Parkway was amazing to drive on. Rooms were great and cozy.

1.0Nothing. Email morning of check in that heat was not working and would not be fixed until following day. Went anyway but was given incorrect room access code. No one to contact so left.

Looks are deceiving.
1.0Nothing. The room had a large gap around the door. The couple that arrived at the same time in the room next to me had a large number of dead bugs in their room. When I contacted management about any type of refund, they refused.
− Property did not feel safe. I spoke with a woman who lives nearby that was out walking and she said the property has been a problem for a long time.
