Reservei este apartamento para a minha família e eles ficaram muito satisfeitos com a estadia. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso à Savassi e ao centro da cidade. O apartamento é espaçoso, arejado, confortável e muito bem cuidado. A Ludmila foi muito atenciosa, prestativa e sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas e dar suporte durante toda a hospedagem. Foi uma excelente experiência e, sem dúvida, valeu muito a pena.

Ficamos muito bem acomodados durante toda a estadia. O apartamento é impecável, extremamente confortável, muito bem organizado e cheio de detalhes encantadores que fazem toda a diferença. Além disso, possui todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia tranquila, e tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente. A limpeza e o cuidado com o imóvel também merecem destaque. Destaque para roupa de cama, mesa e banho que nos ajudou muito por sermos do Rio de Janeiro. Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar quando necessário. Sem dúvida, um dos melhores lugares em que já nos hospedamos. Recomendo fortemente e voltaria com certeza!

Arrived at 7pm, didnt sleep anything until 7am, left at 8am.

− Ludimila AGIU DE FORMA TOTALMENTE DESONESTA, ela disse que nao podia fazer nada no booking para solucionar o problema que tivemos, nos cobrou 50% por fora da plataforma e menos de 1 hora depois ela solicitou o cancelamento da estadia pro booking pra deixar disponivel novamente para outras pessoas. All the rooms are located on the first floor, towards the street that is unbearably noisy 24/7. We could hear all the neighbourghs walking up and down, homelless people shouting, talking even after midnight. It felt like we were sleeping on a bench in a train station. Even a tent has better noise filter. We could not sleep at all during the half period of night we stayed there. When we contacted the owner that we were leaving to look for another place she said she could not do anything and charged us 50% of the whole stay that was supposed to be a total of 8 nights when we barely stayed 1.
