9.0Ya habíamos estado y es un apartamento que nos gusta. No está demasiado lejos de la playa o la zona comercial para ir paseando y tiene la flexibilidad de tener varias piscinas en la urbanización y una zona verde, que se agradece con el calor. Tiene aire acondicionado, que es fundamental con las altas temperaturas y es espacioso.
− Creo que la limpieza puede mejorar un poco, especialmente en cajones y armarios. También, quizá por la cercanía a la zona verde (justo a la entrada de la de estar), era fácil encontrar alguna hormiga por el salón o la bancada de la cocina.

9.0Ground floor was great for us, everything we needs plus more. Lovely pool access at all times of the day. Property, garden & pool maintenance was on point.
− Location was at the top of a steep hill, going down was fine. All good if your fit and like a walk. 10 mins down to the beach front.

10.0El alojamiento magnifico. Perfectamente ubicado a pocos metros del centro de Benidorm y las instalaciones muy limpias, inmejorables.
− Hubo un pequeño incidente en el número de contacto con el propietario. La dirección de la reseña en Booking figura como Apartamentos Costa de Poniente, cuando se trata de Urbanización San Sebastian. El número de la calle es correcto Avd.Cuba nº3 pero no figura el número de bloque, puerta etc.. Esto se nos hizo muy difícil localizar dónde era la vivienda. Además insistimos bastante en el número de teléfono que figuraba en la reseña y no contestaba nadie. Al final lo solventamos gracias a un vecino que puedo atendernos.
