We had a wonderful stay at this Incantevole apartment in Florence. The apartment was quite big, very cosy, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The owner was exceptionally helpful, accommodating our early check-in and making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Florence!

Great a tay in an ideal location with a fantastic host

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was in a perfect location—close to everything we needed. The host Rossella was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy, and even meeting us at the property. The place had all the amenities we could ask for including kitchenette. The oldest Gelato shop Vivoli just around the corner and a Michelin star restaurant across the road too. Highly recommended!

− Just to be mindful it is on the second floor so quite a few stairs to climb.

Very good location near everything. Walking distance from 2 - 13 minute to anywhere. Awesome host she is very respectful and very helpful with fast replies to messages. She made our stay enjoyable she responded to message quickly and provided help when needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, located in a historic building in Florence. Its location was excellent—just steps away from the city center and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit.

− Just two small suggestions: because of the earthen floor, one larger carpet might make the space warmer and more welcoming than several smaller ones. Also, adding a compact coffee machine instead of the traditional stove coffee maker would be a nice touch for extra convenience.
