Good location, comfortable beds

− EXTREMELY overpriced No working hotplates. Stove top doesn't work for some reason. There's been an attempt to provide a single shitty kmart hotplate that plugs into the power point but that doesn't work, kept coming up with E1 on the screen. Then when looking in the product manual on troubleshooting page that code represents the wrong type of cookware sitting on the hotplate, when there was nothing even sitting on the hotplate. After frustrated attempts to fix I thought I'd contact property managers only to find that the only option was to leave a message in voice mail. I WAS SUPER UNIMPRESSED. We ended up going out for a meal, spending money that shouldn't of needed to be spent 🤬 Paying that much for that property and them not supplying wood is ridiculous, especially when the outside fire pit is advertised as a draw card within the properties title and the inside wood heater is clearly seen amongst photographs for the property on this site. It's not until after you book and start receiving multiple messages (which I didn't read until arriving and wanting to check in) that you can pre order some wood for an extra $30 and it will be there on arrival. The taps to fill the spa are useless, all they do is spray water everywhere as the water coming out just lands on 1 of the armrests. So the overhead shower was used

Amazing view, comfortable, had everything we needed for short stay

− It wasn’t an issue for us, but the massive hill would be tricky for some people if planning on walking to and from town centre.
