Cozy and Comfortable!
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this home in Springboro! It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located close to all amenities and roadways, while still being peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Todd and Mandi were exceptionally communicative hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We usually stay in places with just one bathroom, so we really appreciated the extra half bath and laundry facilities, which enhanced our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic rental and we look forward to returning.

10.0The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The home was quaint and very clean! Businesses, grocery store, and restaurants are a few blocks down the road. Easy access to I-75 , 1.5 miles from the home. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience!
− The TV service is Roku. We struggled a bit with it because we are not Tech savy people. Maybe some instructions would have been helpful. The younger generation knows how to navigate it, but us "oldsters" are lost. Once we figured it out it was okay.

10.0Conveniently located. High quality establishment. Suitable for our group of 4. Rooms were quite noise resistant. Beds were comfortable and clean.
− Air conditioner was a little loud. Bathroom a little small. But otherwise perfect.
