7.0The facilities were very good.
− No instructions for how to use anything. Fairly clean inside but outside was not clean. The pool didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time (the sides of the pool). The water seemed to be clear however.

A lavish property with everything you need for a luxury staycation.
10.0The property is simply stunning. The outside pool, hot tub, steam room area was a big hit. The kitchen/diner was an excellent entertaining space, and the cinema room was an added bit of luxury. All beds were comfortable, and the house was spotless and warm. Check in was nice and easy, and the hosts were on hand throughout our stay to answer any questions. Although not in the centre of Brighton, the bus route into the centre runs right by the house, and very easy to use. We would definitely return.
− The main bathroom didn’t have a toilet which did mean guests staying in non-en-suite rooms had to use the downstairs toilet. A minor inconvenience.
