9.0The room was very nice, and the staff was friendly. We could leave our car in their parking lot while taking a 2-day trip to the Valbona Valley. The breakfast was OK.

10.0Fantastic staff, great atmosphere and attractive set-up. In an outstandingly beautiful place. Breakfast was great: varied and plentiful. We were served outside admiring the beautiful mountains.
The perfect place for hikers!
10.0I stayed here before and after the POB trek and absolutely enjoyed my stay. It’s the best value option in Theth while still offering high quality service and accommodation. Florian the host is extremely welcoming and kind. The view from the property is incredible. Breakfast was included: fresh pastries, bread, sausage, all kinds of fruit, oats, veggies, coffee, juice, and tea. You can buy dinner for pretty cheap. Only a three minute walk from the bus stop.

10.0Fantastic, helpful and welcoming host. Great location, close to multiple restaurants, bus stops and the Valbona-Theth hike. Really nice breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.
− No AC in the room so it gets hot during the day (in August), but temperature at night was alright.

10.0I absolutely loved my stay at Flodisa!! Florian was the absolute best host. The house was perfectly located, very clean and had delicious food. I met some lovely people there and honestly didn’t want to leave. Thanks Florian, I will be back!
