It was small Small & quirky and would make a good studio. Inexpensive, 5 minute walk from the town.

I wanted to like this property but I wouldn't book it again
5.01. I loved the little things that were designed to make a guest welcome: The Welcome Maria sign; the chocolate on the pillow; a bone china cup; pot of porridge; all the extra nick naks . 2. Great location to get to Henley and for The Thames Path walkers 3. Being detached from the main property 4. Dawn's communication was excellent
− 1. It was noisy due to the amount of traffic on the road into Henley 2. No working wifi. I choose not to ring Dawn because it was late and I was tired and just didn't want to faff around with it. 3. There was no chair to sit on 4. I found the mattress too soft so didn't sleep very well 5. No bedside table
