− Anche se lontano dal centro, l’immobile gode di una vista eccezionale. Purtroppo le foto non rispecchiano del tutto lo stato di fatto e l’appartamento datato non è curato a dovere, abbiamo riscontrato problemi con l’acqua, perché nel bagno comune l’acqua fredda del lavabo esce a filo e l’autoclave fa un rumore costante soprattutto la notte e nello stesso bagno si prende una leggera scossa elettrica toccando il tubo della doccia durante la doccia. La pulizia va decisamente migliorata.
