房间干净整洁，设施很新，出门可以找到公交23路车站和家乐福快捷超市，与房东WhatsApp联系上后还发了超市链接和就餐链接，整个院子花草打理整齐，房间插座很多，给予提前安排入住。
− 可能是新上线业主吧，房东要求客人退房时尽量自己出门倒垃圾；另外我订的是单床+大床，入住时变成大床房，若要换双床，需要加收20欧，理由是我实际到场的只有2个人，其实房东的操作是属于违约的，好在房间里有个沙发床，我们自己带的一次性被套裹着提供的毯子应付过去了，以后入住的朋友们要预先跟房东确认一下哦。

Perfect location, 20 minute walk into town down the Arno River with spectacular views. Clean room, with potentially the most comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room with pods provided. Well maintained garden which is great to have breakfast in the morning. Easy check in and check out, and on site parking. Host was friendly and provided a list of restaurants in the local area.
