Just meant to feel welcome
10.0Choice of breakfasts from the Local Lounge bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Initially I was concerned that the location might be a bit noisy at is just in front of the main square but needn't have as it quietened down and I had a good nights sleep. I wasn't initially intending on staying in Bijeljina but glad I did and on the return leg didn't even consider booking somewhere else to stay. The staff seem quite surprised to see me. Not on the average tourist route but most people spoke English or in matter of seconds found someone who did.

− Rezervisala sam 2 sobe u hotelu, dobila potvrdu o rezervaciji, najavila vreme dolaska. Kad smo stigli, vrlo nepristojna i bahata devojka sa recepcije nam je rekla da nema slobodnih soba....da zaposleni ne gledaju rezervacije preko Booking.com-a, da je ona tog dana primetila da za nas neće biti slobodnih soba, ali da nije smatrala da to treba da nam se javi...Pokazali su izuzetnu neprofesionalnost i nepouzdanost. Preporučujem da se zaobiđu....Jednostavno, nisu pouzdani....

− Det finns en restaurang i anslutning till boendet där personalen inte är så bra, väldigt sega och inte så hjälpsamma. Personalen i receptionen är dock hjälpsam och trevlig! Saknar bättre information om frukost.
