7.0Cute interior design, clean, very convenient and quiet location. Beautiful setting near the canal. Free lockers in reception to store luggage after check out.
− Tiny room. Reception not always manned and even when it is it was a bit cluttered and unprofessional with even the staff's cigarettes on view.

Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen erfüllt und war in einer sehr guten Lage.
9.0Kommunikation top, Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Sauberkeit sehr gut. kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Kaffee, Wasser) wurden sehr gutiert Alles in allem genau das was man erwartet bzw sich vorstellt.
− Zimmer doch sehr klein, was in Venedig auch verständlich ist und auch so kommuniziert wurde. Das nur zur Vollständigkeit und keine Kritik
