− La réservation pour une chambre Deluxe et lit king size, nous avions un lit de 120 cm !! Les sargasses qui empêchent de respirer dans tout le village, Les moustiques qui attaquent sans discontinuer toute la soirée...

7.0Rosa and Antonio were very nice & helpful. The breakfast was great.....There was no shared kitchen as stated under facilities, we were able to keep some things in a fridge. There was no daily housekeeping. Great people, great location. Minor deviations from advertising

10.0The attention of the hosts was wonderful! The rooms are right in front of the sea and there is a lovely terrace upstairs to enjoy breakfast and sunrise in Xcalak!

9.0Great location in the town. Near to restaurants, bus drop off/pick up. Beachfront. Comfortable rooms and great palapa on the roof to relax, have drinks or eat. Breakfast included in price. I was there 5 days and never had the same breakfast. I preordered dinner a few nights which was delicious and reasonably priced. Filtered water available. Super friendly Spanish-speaking hosts.
− Bring plenty of insect repellant. WiFi could be better. I’d recommend option for regular cleaning of rooms. A lot of sand gets tracked in after a few days.
