− The warm water geyser wasn't switched on. We needed to shower on our arrival. Very annoying. And inconvenient.

− The light in the kitchen was not working properly and meant we had very poor visibility in the evening .luckily we did not cook on this trip .there was also no broom or mop available .what if a guest has a spill
