Das aussergewöhnliche schöne Panorama

− Leider würde ich dieses Haus in der aktuellen Form nicht noch einmal buchen. Der Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin von Bergkulturen.ch war sehr unprofessionell. In einem Telefonat wurde ich unverblümt gefragt, warum ich über Booking gebucht habe, und darauf hingewiesen, dass mich dies zusätzlich kosten würde. Man erklärte mir, dass ich bei einer Direktbuchung über Bergkulturen etwa 270 CHF hätte sparen können – ein Hinweis, der weder freundlich noch angemessen kommuniziert wurde. Das Einchecken war unnötig kompliziert und mühsam, und letztlich funktionierte es am Ende gar nicht wie vorgesehen. Insgesamt gibt es sehr viele Regeln, die man beachten soll, was den Aufenthalt eher anstrengend macht. Auch das Auschecken um 09:30 Uhr an einem Sonntag empfinde ich als deutlich zu früh. Das Reinigungspersonal stand dann auch pünktlich um 09:30 Uhr bereits vor der Tür. Trotz allem möchte ich mich bei Jamina (Dame vor Ort) für den ausserordentlich netten und hilfsbereiten Kontakt bedanken. Insgesamt entsprach der Service leider nicht meinen Erwartungen.
