8.0There was so much to like about this rental. It was in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, within easy driving distance of grocery stores. There was a lovely sitting area on a canal. Furniture inside the spacious, light-filled house was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all that one would need; some items were older. The kitchen has an excellent dishwasher and big refrigerator. The owner very kindly sent us entry instructions early, because we were going to be without Internet until the day we arrived.
− Overall, the house was clean, but it needs a deep cleaning, the floors a thorough mopping. The floors were dusty and spills were evident in the kitchen. There were no hand towels; we used a kitchen towel in the bathroom. We needed to call the owner to get the Wifi access information; he responded right away.
Very atmospheric and placid.
10.0Fabio is in touch with you by all the questions. Big internal area, beautiful backyard. New appliances. Xbox, table games, interesting design touches. The owner also provided us several hours for free before the check out. Very flexible and humble gentleman.
