Fantastic location and great property that needs some maintenance.
8.0Location and layout
− Some facilities didn’t work. Electric Fan not working, only seven knives for eight people, no parasol and outside table broken. Hot water boiler had problems supplying hot water. Although very clean the house needs some maintenance such as window stays loose or broken. With thanks to Fiona & Nick for helping with broken and missing items… they made our stay more enjoyable.

10.0The house and facilities were perfect for three couples who meet up once a year. The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet it made for a relaxing stay and the house is perfectly situated for touring the Cotswolds. Couldn't have wished for anything better.

10.0Great property for a family holiday with plenty of room for 8 adults. Very well equipped open plan kitchen with a large dining table. Beautiful setting with horses in the field next door. Large lounge with a large TV (Netflix etc) and Alexa. Good and timely communication.
− The window in the smaller double room upstairs could not be open and fixed in position. We had wonderful and unseasonably hot weather and the room was hot due to this.

9.0Village is lovely. Very peaceful and some great walks. House was really well set up and comfortable. Great place to stay.
