It was a very nice location. Everything was very comfortable too. Clean, inviting, etc. I loved that it did not feel like a townhouse or that you were in a complex style place. Very comfortable. Plenty of towels for all (very nice). Beds were very comfortable. Master bath/shower is unique and kind of fun. Loved that there is a little elevator to get us to all levels. Helped a lot when it came to bringing things to the car or up to the top floor. It was a great added bonus for sure. I wish we had more then just 1 night there and would love to try it again if the host steps up on some of the necessary things for the home. Please note, the things I like in the do not like section are mainly to help the host make much needed updates and changes so that this property would be fantastic.

− We didn't receive any communications from bookings or the host for entry, expectations, rules etc. I called/texted the host multiple times for 30 minutes upon arrival and could not reach anyone. I had to call Bookings.com customer service. The lady was ok- kept talking over me. They insisted I had a message from the host in my app messages - but there was nothing there. The code I thought I was sent was not accurate and we had no access to go inside. It was very irritating after a 9 hour drive. I am assuming this may have been Booking.com's fault for the lack of receiving my communications - but the host not being available by phone was very concerning. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Shampoo/Conditioner were sample sizes (1 person 1 time use). Not useful at all when more then 1 person is staying there and using the shower. Disappointing. No sugar or sugar substitute in the kitchen. Coffee mugs are tiny and not useful (ecclectic and cute but they don't hold more then 4 oz of coffee). No disposable baggies in the kitchen (not a deal breaker). There were no instructions or information about the property inside. No rules, expectations, requests, recommendations, check in/out details or info on WIFI (we figured out the wifi thanks to my oldest teen). A book with this info printed out for the people staying is needed. No information on places to eat, things to do. Not required but would be nice. There were damaged items (blinds) and I immediately informed the host so I didn't get accused of damages. Was told on the phone that the master shower had a problem - don't run both sides of the shower at once or it would flood into the room. That is very important information to have onsite! The 2nd full bath - though nice - had absolutely no slip guards. The tub is extremely slippery and lacked any anti-slip strips, mats or guard/hand rails available.
