Nothing. I traveled there for almost an hour tried to check in and they said sorry no room available after I had booked and paid hours prior.

− I booked the room and paid for my stay. Then I traveled for nearly an hour to go check in and they told me they had no room available. They had my contact information the whole time and they could have called me or sent a text message.
