Location was what I wanted. As close to the beach entrance as possible. The unit was fantastic. Aircons worked like a charm.

San Lameer is amazing however I dont think I would book this specific Villa again!

The location is within San Lameer with access to all of the facilities in the resort

− The beds and pillows are uncomfortable = 1/10 It’s difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the showers. I informed the agent about it and was told that “You are the first person to mention this” = 1/10 The lounge and dining area is extemely hot in summer and there is no aircon or fans in this area = 1/10 Our used towels that were placed on the floor was folded and put back up onto the rails, this is a hygiene problem which i raised with the agent. I called the agent and was informed that towels only get replaced on Tuesdays and Thursday and that i should check my email for this info, however there was no email received. I subsequently requested that the email that was referred to, should be sent to me but still havent received this email. = 1/10
