Были здесь второй раз. Отличное расположение (8 минут пешком до пляжа). Квартира большая и светлая. Есть почти все, что нужно для проживания семьёй. При возникновении проблем хозяин пытался их оперативно решать. Очень оперативно организован заезд и выезд.

− К сожалению, квартира оказалась недостаточно подготовлена. После заезда выяснилось, что из двух кондиционеров один не охлаждает совсем, а второй охлаждает совсем чуть. Термометр в квартире показывал 29,2 градуса. Один кондиционер починили на третий день, а второй заменили лишь на седьмой день нашего пребывания. В результате интенсивного круглосуточного использования единственного кондиционера один человек очень серьезно простудился, что помешало качественно отдохнуть. Справедливости ради, хозяин в порядке компенсации за неудобство вручил небольшой сувенир. Были и другие небольшие неприятные детали, например, wi-fi заработал только через сутки после заезда. После каждой ночи приходилось перестилать постели, поскольку размер простыней был маловат для матрасов. Также пришлось купить кухонный нож, потому что имевшиеся ножи были очень тупые и нечем было их заточить. Устаревший телевизор не позволял подключить к нему ни телефон, ни флешку, чтобы смотреть что-нибудь на родном языке.

Лучшего размещения быта не может, всё под домом и развлечения и бары и пляж . Самая центральная улица, с выходом окон на площадь!👍👍👍👍

− Было очень чисто, много полотенец, туалетная бумаги в прок, мелкие продукты: кофе, масло, приправы, очень выручили. Модный ремонт, красивые комнаты! Объект в реальности лучше, чем на фото. Хозяин отреагировал сразу на все мои просьбы! В планах вернуться и советовать это жилье всем хорошим людям!

Die wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, die küche verfügte über alles, inkl. Mixer etc, das bad war sehr schön mit genügend heissem wasser, die fenster haben den lärm gut abgehalten, obwohl die wohnung an der hauptstrasse liegt, die lage ist extrem zentral, läden zum einkaufen, der alte borgo, die strände, alles mit wenigen schritten erreichbar. Einziger wermutstropfen für ältere menschen: die wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne lift.
