8.0− Not clean upon arrival, moldy dishes in the dishwasher, floors not clean, bathrooms not clean, and most beds were unmade, but was given a partial refund for the inconvenience and they got someone out there as soon as they could to clean the place, the place is actually beautiful and beds were comfy.
