− No room service directions for TV use clean towels was there 4 days

6.0The room was spotless, but let down by an air con that was second hand from The Ark. The manager/owner? was very obliging. The motel appearance from the outside is not compelling but the rooms are OK
− The Air con was like a 747 taking off sound wise but as effective at cooling as a snow flake in hell

− Lack of hot water (was warm - would not have showered), limited parking, lack of safety chain on door, TV would not turn on (operator error?),

− Extremely small shower and outdated rooms. The television did not work. There is no trashcan in the room. The door had to be forced open and shut.
