Breathtaking view! A sight to be seen!
10.0The view is just like nowhere else! The lake, the volcano and your balcony. No other place like this near La Fortuna. Far from the crowd and near enough to all the restaurants. Huge, clean and comfy rooms, big windows and the sound of nature. Sergio always helpful and kind. Just stay here.
− I did not mind the lack of curtains because we wanted to wake up with the sun! A blindfold would be a suggestion for those who need it.

Lugar para conectar con la naturaleza
7.0Es un lugar para conectar con la naturaleza, la vista es hermosa al frente del lago. Lamentablemente el clima no ayudó y estuvo lloviendo bastante. Si quisieres desconectar del mundo y solo mantenerte unido a la naturaleza este es el lugar! Sergio fue amable con nosotros y nos ayudó cuando nos quedamos sin batería del carro! Una experiencia inolvidable.
− Las cortinas estaban un poco desgastadas, por la lluvia casi torrencial se escuchaba bastante el techo así que si tienes sueño sensible posiblemente te será incómodo. Hubo un pequeño derrumbe y nos quedamos sin agua como medio día, mala suerte ya que justo ese día habíamos ido a la playa y llegando en la noche solo queríamos ducharnos y pues no hubo agua. Pero bueno lo solucionaron durante la mañana siguiente.

6.0gostei da vista e dos arredores, tudo muito silencioso e tranquilo, para quem gosta de natureza; tem um bom estacionamento, perto dos chalés;
− O chuveiro precisava claramente de manutenção; não tinha registro e era impossível de abrir; ele só funcionava por meio de um grifo de uma torneira de baixo, que também não funcionava; chamamos os atendentes enquanto estávamos passeando e, ao voltar, não tinham resolvido o problema, e deixaram o banheiro cheio de pagadas de lama; as roupas de cama são velhas, a cama é muito desconfortável com um colchão irregular e o banheiro precisa de manutenção, tudo parece velho e abandonado.

− The location is isolated. Need a car to go to El Castillo for meals (5 minutes) or to La Fortuna (25 minutes).
