− El estado del alojamiento: humedades importantes en la habitación principal con la pared desconchada, paredes sucias, puertas que chirriaban muchísimo, ventanas con el pestillo roto, un toldo inutilizable y un aire acondicionado que apenas enfriaba pese a estar a 18 °C. Además se escucha constantemente a los vecinos de arriba a las tantas de la madrugada. En general, el apartamento necesita bastante mantenimiento. No repetiríamos.

− Une expérience cauchemardesque. Nous sommes arrivés avec nos 4 enfants, dont un bébé de 18 mois, pour découvrir un logement infesté de cafards et de fourmis. De Plus, la sécurité n'est pas assurée : le tableau électrique a disjoncté à plusieurs reprises. L'hôte est de mauvaise foi : au lieu de s'excuser, il nous a accusés de mentir malgré nos preuves photos et vidéos incontestables. Il a également fallu se battre pour récupérer la caution qu'il prétendait ne pas avoir débitée (alors que ma banque confirmait le contraire). Service Client Booking : Inexistant et méprisant. Malgré le danger électrique et l'insalubrité, Booking n'a proposé qu'une compensation dérisoire de 10%

A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals between 21:00 – 02:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
